The new Motorola Clutch with the Qwerty keyboard is being announced by Sprint for the first push-to-talk phone with a Qwerty keyboard. Motorola introduces a really unique phone in the Karma QA1. It has one click access to most social networking applications like Facebook and MySpace. If you haven’t seen it already than you should really check out the new Motorola Clutch i465 mobile phone. It is a unique design by Motorola that sees a candy shaped phone with push to talk capabilities. It also has a full QWERTY keyboard underneath the display. The phone also has some anti-dust and anti-radiation features to keep with the recent eco-friendly trends. Motorola Clutch i465 comes to Sprint this summer

The Motorola Clutch i465 has been available for sometime with the Boost network, which is a Sprint Subsidiary. Now the mobile phone is making its way to the parent company aswell. There is no official release date available quite yet but it is due this summer. The Clutch i465 is the first iDEN Motorola phone with a full QWERTY keyboard and is built tough as it meets the mil-spec 810F. There is also BlueTooth, GPS and a VGA camera built right in. As soon as the phone hits Sprint it will be available for only $39.99 with a new 2 year plan.



Motorola says new Android iDEN phone coming

Motorola seems to be backing the Android operating system to try to get themselves back in the game. We recently covered the EV440 which will be Motorola’s first Android phone and now it is using its Israeli subsidiary, Mirs, to create the Opus 1 mobile phone. The Opus 1 will be Android powered aswell but will be fairly limited in connectivity as it will only have a wifi connection and voice will be supported through iDEN networks. This may help Mirs find a niche in the industrial arena with the mobile handset. The Opus 1 is expected to be released sometime in 2010.

Sneak peek at Motorola’s Android phone

Seems like Google’s Android is all the rage these days and new Android powered devices are springing up all over the place. We managed to get our hands on some leaked photos of the first Android based Motorola phone courtesy of the guys at BlueTooth SIG. This blurry image is the only evidence we have of the Motorola VE440 which will be heading to North American markets very soon.
