Patent Infringement of Microsoft is now sued by Motorola

Microsoft received filed suit from Motorola subsidiary on Wednesday over accused of an alledged patent infringement issues, the day after Microsoft filed its second lawsuit to Motorola. Motorola Mobility is accusing Microsoft of infringing to 16 patents to several of the software giant’s divices that includes PC and server software.
The invalidating of Apple mobile patents is being tried by Motorola

The company points out that Apple company has been using invalid patents in its in fringement case against HTC making it illegal and intriguing.
The 4G licensing agreement is entered by Motorola and Nokia

Ban on Apple Imports has been sought by Motorola into the U.S.

Apple is has been accused of illegal use of early-stage technologies which are related to antenna design, wireless email, proximity sensing, application management, data synchronization and location-based services. The accusation is based on The Schaumburg, Ill.-based company’s complaints, and were filed with federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commision.

The Motorola Droid 2 has just been launched and Motorlla has been planning to release the special edition of Motorola Droid 2 wih the centra theme of Star wars. R2D2, a cute little robot in Star Wars has been the inspiration for the Motorola Droid 2. The design is much akin to the R2D2 with white and blue colors in the front and the back side. Til date it i not confirmed when Verizon will launch Motorola Droid 2 R2-D2 Edition. Motorola Droid 2 R2-D2 Edition will use Android 2.2 as operating system.

Verizon had ventured into the Android market with its DROID by Motorola and it was a thumping success. The recent launch by Verizon Droid 2 features a large 3.7-inch WVGA resolution touchscreen display and a slide-out 4-row QWERTY keyboard. It features many characteristic of Droid 1 and hopefully it will be as equal in its working as its predecessor since its rating is very high.
